Super Save Disposal Super Save Group Not good at business Regina Saskatchewan
We have the unfortunate dis-pleasure of dealing with Super Save Group. They promised to save us money. They also promised to cancel our current disposal contracts with Loraas.
What actually happened:
1) The sales lady was pushy and she said she would take care of cancelling the old contracts. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.
2) They showed up with new bins and placed them right in front of our shop door – even though we told the driver not to put it there.
3) We called Loraas to see if the old contracts were cancelled – THEY WERE NOT.
4) After phoning someone from their local number and reaching someone out of province who had no customer service skills and a crappy attitude I was transferred to a Regina number. No one answered.
5) We called the Rep and the manager and told them to take their bins and get lost.
6) They refused and we could not get any straight answers. So we dragged their bins off our lot.
7) They are now suing us for damages.
As a consumer I am exercising my right to let everyone know that in my opinion these people are deceitful, vengeful and have poor business practices. It is my advice to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
