Andy Louie, proprieter of sun cove resort told me 395.00 per month for camper space rental full hook up, but when I arrived on sunday evening he demanded an extra 45 dollars. I did'nt have a choice so I paid. He told me I could not use a debit card, cash only so I paid. The following month I told him I was leaving, so he lowered his price to the original agreed upon 395.00. He was then unavailable until one day after my renewal date to pay, and demanded the extra 45 dollars. I was irritated and I wrote him a check this time, made out to sun cove resort. He told me he would not accept and to move my camper unless I wrote him a check personally. So I wrote it out to andy louie. He then refuses to let me use boat ramp without paying. the drinking water has things floating in it. the water was'nt even operational for a week. the bathrooms are filthy, and only the womens works.
