sun country air lines. beware when you buy here. * UPDATE thank you ..in two days i had received my refunded voucher
I bought five tickets to las vegas, and used my credit card for the purchases and one person canceled on me, so i pay $50.00 to cancel the ticket. but the remainder of the of the refunded ticket is in this persons name that the ticket was for.not the person that paid for the ticket on the credit card.it would be a lot simpler if they would just credit the card. then to send you stuff to fill out and send back, then you never hear nothing about it after the fact. try to call these people is something else to just talk to someone is next to impossible so if your going to buy tickets for a bunch of people. this isn't the place to do it. the sun wasn't shining when they thought of that refund idea. thank you the refund bandit.

Good happy day people, just thought i would let you know this site is for every person to see. it's great people out there still look out to consumers, i'm the one that sent the little story on sun country airlines, and within two days i had received my refunded voucher from them. i thank you for letting me, let other people out there is a way to get what's yours. and if there is more ways to let you be known, i'll do my part in telling every one i know about the excellent pages you have on the net.may the quality of life people use to live come back. its seems they put it on the back burner. great work, if there is a way i can help in any way just send me an e-mail to [email protected] THANK YOU!
