I ordered 4 kayaks. One set on July 18, 2017 and the other set on July 25, 2017. They were quick to process for the payments. I received emails stating it would take 2-3 weeks for kayaks to arrive. I did not get receive my kayaks. I sent an email August 21, 2017 asking about the kayaks. I have not recieved any other correspondence from them.
Their online store is closed. So I disputed both purchases to my credit card company. student7 only replied to one credit card company-stating they sent them out. No tracking number was supplied. They did not send them out. I am still disputing, and will continue to do so until my money is reimbursed.
