Disgusting Pile of Thieves! That's all I can say! Someone used my credit card fraudulently to purchase tickets on this website so I reported it to my bank and Stubhub the very same day it happened. After clearing up other fraudulent transactions with my bank that day I was told by Stubhub the matter would go before the so called Trust and Safety Team. Apparently this team would launch an investigation and I would receive a provisional credit. After numerous phone call follow ups with a Caline, Sophia, Harvey, and few others I was told they would return my calls but they never did. As a matter of fact I asked for their number and was told by customer service that they don't speak to customers! This team deemed the purchase valid and never refunded my money. Then Stubhub claims to have shipped the tickets (mind you after I had already told them it was fraud) of which I never signed for or even received for that matter. Numerous calls were made on my behalf, even two of the representatives from MY bank of whom tried to advocate for me. The last sales rep that spoke to my bank then stated Stubhub would reach out to the seller to see if they could reprint the tickets so they could be resold. And if they couldn't, Stubhub would issue me a credit for the amount charged to my card to be used toward other Stubhub purchases. This sales rep followed up this conversation with an email directly to me and my bank! Today I called again to follow up and was told by the another sales rep that I would not get a credit because this so called Trust and Safety Team deemed it non-refundable since the tickets were delivered to my home. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused to honor the credit as well. I asked for further recourse like corporate office information and was told by that supervisor that the chain of command stops at him and there is no further information he would provide. Now this person has been ripped off by this company for over $800.00. Pathetic.
