While my experience with Storesonline.com was a bitter one to say the very least, I want to report that after some 60+ emails and a long arguement with the Management Team over the phone, they finally broke down. Now then, I spent just under $7,000 with this alleged firm. Some of that was through their chosen finance company. We all know that most if not all finance companies buy paper from the issuing firm selling the "product" (or in this case the alleged "product"). So, in essence, Storesonline.com profited in some degree with our desire to finance the near $7,000. Now then, to make a long and painful story short, Storesonline.com has agreed to dissolve out contract and pay us way less than the above figure.

One half of the base price of our package. What puzzles me is one very tale tell clause in their Release, our silence in our dealings with them. The question is poses...why would an alleged reputable company be compelled to "buy" silence by dangling a very small carrot infront of noses that are hungry? Very suspect indeed. Anyway, in conclusion, they are flexible to a degree. So, if you are in litigations with them or in "alleged negotiations" do not waiver from your fight. You may not get back a full refund and you may have to compromise your personal ethics, but you will get something back. No matter how small the amount.

To Dissatisfied Customers all over the world: Fight the good fight and stand against the tyranny of hard nosed, yet even insentitive companies. In doing so, you will recover some of your losses. For obvious reasons of retaliation and loss of the peanuts they are tossing me, I have chosen to remain anonymous. Seeing as they have unscrupulous business practices and are out for themselves, you can all understand why. I just don't trust companies that won't refund full amounts and "buy" silence. Personally, I feel kind of dirty inside. Sort of like accepting a bribe. Anonymous Orem, Utah
