Complaint Review: Steve Miller - Chris Whitelock - Federated Financial - Federated Financial.org - Deerfield Beach Florida

This Steve Miller guy and his lawyer, Chris Whirelock, are just a barrel of laughs. After suing and threatening this site and its owner, Miller gets miffed over Federated Financial being posted in the "Top Rip-offs" lists. Holy crap, what morons Steve and Chris are.

Here is what Steve Miller/Chris Whitelock (maybe with some help from Chris McFarland) wrote:

"On October 13, 2005 Ed Magedson testified under oath that he recently placed Federated Financial on the Rip-Off Report home page list of "Top Rip Off Links," for reasons unrelated to any aspect of Federated's services to the public."

Stevie has apparently lost site of the fact that, as owner of the Rip-off Report site, Mr. Magedson can put anybody in any lists he likes. It is the site's call as to how things are arranged at the site. Miller/Whitelock/McFarland arrange their site to suit themselves, but do not seem to think that privilege extends to any other site owner. Boo!

In fact, Miller has owned and operated more than one smear site dedicated entirely to bringing down this site. ALL of which I assume he arranged to suit himself.

There was a long posting of part of a deposition there and I was somewhat disappointed in some of the things I saw. I don't feel that Mr. Magedson was completely forthright in some of his replies. I can only assume that Magedson was trying to maintain a civil demeanor during this interview.

It is completely obvious to anyone watching this drama for any length of time that Magedson and Miller absolutely do not like each other. Miller is pissed that his company showed up here in the first place. Magedson (I assume) has had it with Miller's threats of harm and harassment from Miller and his monkey-boy attorney, Chris Whitelock, and has publicly posted that they are banned from posting here.

I think it is still acceptable to have an opinion in the United States (maybe not for long with Millers and Whitelocks running loose in the world, but for now anyway). I would really like to see Mr. Magedson respond to these questions with his own opinion and stop being so darned civilized. I guess he does not want to be sued and waiting for the right time to speak out.

Here is how I would respond to Miller's question about why I might choose to put him on the front page at Rip-off Report if I were in the capacity to do such a thing:

"I don't like you. In fact I loathe you. You are an affront to me and what few First Amendment rights remain in this country. You are a nasty stench in the nostrils of Freedom. Your presence in this country causes Lady Liberty to weep.

While I would do you no harm, it would not cause me grief if the earth were to open up and swallow you or the winds were to blow you out to sea. As long as I draw breath and pay the bills for the Rip-off Report site, you will remain anywhere I choose to put you on that site. If you do not want to be there, perhaps you should try to keep your customers happy. Try paying your clients bills on time so you dont ruin their credit, and maybe they will have no reason to get onto the internet and warn others about your very poor business practices.

This is the reason you are on the front page and this is the reason you will remain there."

(Now, THERE'S an answer I would like to see! But I have been called uncivilized before.)

Anyway, Steve Miller's and Florida Attorney Chris Whitelock's double standards and complete inanity, their single-minded obsession with closing down the Rip-off Report site and the goofy ways they go about publicizing this quest have now earned them their very own Rip-off Report.

Suck on that, Steve and Chris. You are the Bozos of the Internet and I appreciate each and every laugh your hijinks have given me. Keep it up, the world is grim these days and we can all use a good laugh. Obviously, you realize that Rip-off Report is a force to be reckoned with.

And if you guys can take just a minute from your quest, do try working on your customer relation skills. That is a surefire way to never show up at this site again...again, common sense, which both of you seem to lack.

So, to quote Steve and Chris: "The truth will be told".

For the truth to be told, it is absolutely essential that avenues such as Rip-off Report remain open for public use. To that end I think I will join the quest of the Rip-off Report to repel your evil attempts to shut down consumer voices. I am actively seeking recruits for this mission and hope to get 59 more people to join in to help, a number you two should find significant.

Before you start up with outlandish claims I will post this disclaimer:

I am NOT Ed Magedson. Ed Magedson did NOT ask me to write this report. This report was prompted by fear and loathing of what you seek to do, which is to shut me and eveyone else up. The harder you try, the louder I will become. Hopefully, me and 59 other people will become so loud that neither of you will ever sleep at night for the noise.

Oh, I almost forgot: "have a nice day", you freaking jerks! Hahahahahahaha!
