Call 1(800)777-0327 Customer Service. They'll take care of your order. The problem is that when people don't receive their order they just let it go and think they'll never get it. Call and let them know that they have made a mistake instead of complaining on a website.

If you paid attention to the TOC rep. that took your order they say at the end of the order process: "... you should recieve your order in about 3 weeks UNLESS YOU'D LIKE FASTER SHIPPING FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE." Honestly though, how can you be so picky about how fast you got it when the shipping charge is only a dollar OR free for as many products as you want at one time. Most places anyone orders from charge CRAZY amounts of money on shipping. I don't care for any of the products because they are generally directed towards the elderly and I have no need for them, but to complain about silly things like that is pointless. All I can say is...go shop somewhere else and pay more money for the same product than.

I too ordered some things from this same company. However, since they don't charge shipping per se, everything is sent 4th class bulk rate mail, so it can take as long as a month to receive your merchandise. It took 3 weeks to the day to receive my order, but I did receive it.
