Complaint Review: Southwest Fiduciary Inc. - Glendale Arizona

I complained several years ago. I feel that they sold and misused my son's money once they took over the accounts. His name was Efrem Campbell Jr. I had no say so in his money and never knew where all his money was sold off too or how it all was spent. I want answers and to justice for missused funds. We were taken advantage of. 

Since January 2008, an investigation continues into the corruptible handling of the trusts and estates of vulnerable adults by Southwest Fiduciary & others connected to their fraud. On Jaunary 13, 2009 a lawsuit was filed in United States District Court In And For The State of Arizona (federal court) naming Southwest Fiduciary, Inc.; its President and CEO, Gregory P. Dovico, his wife, Peggy Ann Dovico, their daughter, Anna Dovico, estate administrators, Diane Levine, Bruce M. Tripp, pending also are Lee Davis & Barbara Demontray. These parties conspired to defraud a vulnerable adult to cause injury to both their client and her rightful family heirs. The complaint was amended to show the duplicity of this criminal organization against vulnerable adults, their families, and heirs. The State of Arizona has also been discovered to be sustaining this fraud by their corruptible State Judges and Supreme Court Justices. Southwest Fiduciary operates within the State of Arizona with impunity and nonaccountability by the willfull actions of the Arizona State Courts allowing 3rd party guardian/fiduciaries to rob, steal, the financial and emotional health of their clients. The lawsuit has advanced before the Court and is waiting to be litigated with a support team of attorneys. It is also a matter of record that this criminal enterprise operates outside the State of Arizona and is also a target of litigation in the State of Illinois. Stay tuned as the those who have been injured by the State of Arizona from the duplicitous acts caused by Southwest Fiduciary and others are held accountable before a high court tribunal consistent with Rule 23 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. All of these Pigs are being rounded in the Public Interest for the good of the people to know what kind of State Arizona has become and how dangerous it is to live there.

In an update of the probe being conducted against Southwest Fiduciary, Inc. and their President, Greg P. Dovico, it has come to the attention of the State Health Officials that the misconduct of this company is costing the State of Arizona, literally hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in health care costs associated with the liquidation and client exploitation of estate and trust assets of their clients by this company. This now may be considered another wrinkle in the criminal activity of this criminal organization against the families of loved ones appointed by the Court here in Arizona. This has become a fraud upon the tax payers of the State of Arizona regarding the health care costs placed on them to shoulder "the costs of care" that the family estate should share in but cannot because of the diverson of funds into the pockets of the 3rd parties appointed and unaccountable by the Probate Division of the Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix, Arizona. A Special Prosecutor has been assigned to investigate the unlawful and exploitative activities of Greg P. Dovico, his daughter and business partner, Anna Dovico and staff administrator Bruce M. Tripp as a consequence of filing a citizen's complaint on Ripoffreport.com. The Special Prosecutor has already interviewed several parties the Dovico's have exploited over several years including new ones they are currently destroying. A Grand Jury indictment will come out of the investigation from the case files, testimony and judgements rendered by the Courts both State and Federal regarding diversion of funds, financial and emotional exploitation of vulnerable adults & by the Probate Division of Maricopa County Superior Court enabling the Dovico's and their staff, lawyers and associates to do so with impunity and nonaccountability.
