Slimbiotic Health There seem to be numerous websites for this company, but all seem to have the name slimbiotic health in them. Claimed a 14-day trial yet received 24 hours before I was charged on a holiday weekend.
DO NOT ORDER A TRIAL FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I placed my order on 3/18/18 for $4.99 and look thoroughly on the website for the "catch" of what they would charge me yet found nothing. I received an email on 3/26/18 stating my products had shipped and had a tracking number. The products arrived at my home on Saturday, 3/31/18 at 6 p.m., the next day was Easter Sunday, 4/1/18 and I woke up to 2 charges on Monday morning 4/2/18 for $69.95 and $79.95.
I called at lunch to be told there was nothing I could do since I had 2 weeks to try the products and it was CLEARLY ON THEIR SITE I would be charged 2 weeks after receiving if I did not call. Then I was told they would cancel future shipments and do me a FAVOR and waive the cancellation fees. I actually found the documented proof of when I received the products, and called back today only to be told they shipped on 3/18 even though I have PROOF they did not and PROOF of when I received them.
I requested a supervisor and was told if they transferred me not only would I still not receive a refund, but I would be CHARGED for the cancellation fees they waived!!!!!! So I let them know I would take matters into my own hands and report the company for fraudulent advertising of a trial product. She also tried to tell me I agreed to pay JUST by ordering and not by actually using the product as a free trial, so I think it's pretty clear they are a total and complete SCAM!!!!!!!
