I work for Shapes and I think that they definitely know how to get women the results they want consistently for anyone who is willing to put in the effort! I have worked in gyms since I was eighteen and I think shapes is the first company in the industry who have a concern for their members and realize that selling a membership mean s a lot more than just the initial sale it means servicing the members and making sure they are getting the results they intended when they joined. They have had million dollar renovations of their facilities and by no means are the dirty or have unsanitary pool areas. I have worked in gyms that have had the health dept close the pool and by no means would shapes ever get anywhere close to that point. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to meet a fitness goal! It a great place with a fun and motivating environment and the all women exclusiveness makes such a big difference!

I am a member of Shapes Total Fitness at the location on W. Hillsborough Ave and I love it! The facility is clean, the staff is professional and pleasant and the instructors are fabulous! I have never felt so welcomed in a "gym" setting where so many people are more interested in showing off than encouraging one another to reach her goals. I've heard of people feeling "ripped off" because they got "sucked into" a contract but the reality is that it TAKES TIME to reach your fitness goals. If I had purchased a "month-to-month" membership I would have used every excuse to cancel because I "wasn't using the gym" but instead I bought a two-year membership that was reasonably priced, and not too much of a commitment that I wouldn't continue coming. I HIGHLY reccomend Shapes Total Fitness for Women - especially is Town 'n Country / WestChase to women of all shapes and sizes - they've helped me tremendously - they can help you too!
