Sears Home Services Sears home repair Stove problems for 9 months, 6 visits, and still won't make it during the 4 hour period I am instructed to wait for them each time with dispatch hanging up on me at last call Spokane and Surrounding, Washington
I have had a gas stove that will not light or will not stay lit during nearly all uses for nine months now that is under Sears service agreement. They will not give better than a 4 hour time period to wait for them to come each time. This has been the case for six times now with them showing up in the last minute or two of the 4 hours several of the times and then being here even longer past that time. One time they didn't show up during the four hour period and took over a week to reschedule.
I spoke with dispatch to get a narrower timeframe today and was guaranteed a call by a certain time to get a narrowed estimated time of arrival. That was three hours ago and the time expired two hours ago. I still have not gotten the call and was hung up on the last time I called into dispatch.
I am at wits end and highly reccomend against not only the Kenmore gas stove, but most especially against anything to do with the joke known as Sears Home Services. I intend to start looking into lemon laws related to stoves and hope to be able to get Sears to make this right after nine long and frustrating months and six times of waiting four hours or more each time.
