Scott Vardeman, the prolific liar, has finally left the Houston area. I received a call yesterday from yet another person who has been ripped off by who else, Scott Vardeman. I won't mention his name, because maybe, just maybe, he will be able to make it right.
As president of the Scott Vardeman Fu**ed Me Too Club, I consider it my duty to report where he is plying his trade and taking advantage of classic car enthusiasts. Here are his new digs:
Corpus Christi Collector Cars
7002 Terrier Street
Corpus Christi, TX 78414
One has to wonder if he had ripped off so many folks in the Houston area that he moved south, or were the authorities after him and he "went on the lam", so to speak.
If someone wants to contact me to see what else I know or to report more fraudulent activity, please write me at:
Secure Financial Systems
3165 S Alma School Rd
Suite 29-306
Chandler, AZ 85248
All I can really do is commiserate with more victims, as no relief is expressed or implied.

Vardeman, in my opinion, has taken his craft to an all new level. He is now hawking million dollar vehicles overseas. One has to wonder why he is doing this: 1) Has he garnered too much interest from law enforcment officials? 2) Have more people sued him (like I did), and he figures to cut attorney costs by selling out of the country? 3) Are more people in the states getting wise? 4) Does he just enjoy scamming folks so much he can't help himself? Look at item # 280250668913 on eBay. I have several copies of Mopar Monthly where Scott Vardeman claims to own this vehicle and was going to use it to fund his retirement.

Below you will find a question Scott posed on a free legal helpsite. Note, he is trying to represent himself as an "employee" of the corporation, when the truth be told, he and his wife, and attorney were the officers of said corporation. I am relieved this guy is finally getting at least a small part of the pain he has inflicted on others. There isn't a month that goes by that someone else contacts me about Scott Vardeman, the consumate used car salesman. I will not stop with these postings until Scott pays me EVERYTHING he owes me. My guess, I'll be posting for quite awhile. Below is Scott typing, I copied and pasted this: Question As a "signer" on a corporate account I signed Sent to Criminal Law Experts February 14 1:05 p.m. As a "signer" on a corporate account I signed many checks. THe company got into trouble and has since failed. Now Montgomery count Texas is coming after ME to pay these huge checks or they are going to arrest me. I have had a warrant for my arrest issued and am in fear. My question is this. Am I responsible to pay these checks? Thanks, Scott Vardeman Optional Information: Magnolia, Texas Already Tried: I have talked to the county att. office and they say I have to pay. I have been told that I can get a lawyer and fight it but that will cost too much $$$. Besides this bankrupt company owes this money....not me.

Scott Vardeman in now the new car sales manager for Gullo Mazda, making the big bucks. You have to wonder if Gullo Mazda is reputable letting the likes of Vardeman run the sales side of the operation. It's possible Gullo doesn't realize what the character of this person really is.

Scott Vardeman has stopped payments as agreed to in our settlement. Once again, he has proven beyond all doubts his word is NO GOOD! My attorney is reopening the case and we will be in court this summer.

To Whom It May Concern: I had a dispute with Scott Vardeman and Vardeman Motor Company arising from unfortunate circumstances surrounding a vehicle I purchased. Mr. Vardeman and I have worked toward resolving those issues and are continuing to work on resolving those issues. I am satisfied with the resolution that has been reached. This statement is part of the Settlement Agreement. Sincerely, John

Scott Vardeman has NEVER, I repeat, never responded to the defects of this vehicle. Not only did it not come as advertised, it didn't even come with the extra options that I ordered. He says I threatened his employees. They were at my house for 5-6 hours, and during that time they ate my food, they drank my beer, and played pool as well. They were NEVER threatened, and if they were, do you think they would have hung around as long as they did? I also let them leave the car at my place, b4 returning to TX, because the were staying in a rough part of town. At this time, Scott was acting all buddy-buddy with me, and I thought he was indeed going to refund my money. Wow, was I wrong! EBay has NEVER agreed with anything Vardeman has done, quite the contrary, the have kicked him off of eBay. TWICE! Scott Vardeman, in writing promised to refund my deposit. Now he won't, it's really that simple. I have filed suit in TX and I will have my day in court. I still have the email from him ranting about even if I do win a judgemrnt, he will never pay. Scott has to know by now, that I will NEVER go away. I am in touch with 2 other victims of his, although they recieved their cars. Their complaints are about the shoddy workmanship, which I have seen firsthand. He lied all the way through this process, and he continues to lie. I have photos, witnesses, and the unescapeable fact, he kept my money.

After doing a "buy it now" 24 hours into an ebay auction, this person agreed to purchase my vehicle. I did 3K in modifications that he requested and sent 2 of my employees to his HOME 1500 miles away with this car.At that time he wanted to "negotiate" the price. His claims of condition were a lie, as confirmed by Ebays'"consumer protection" group and he was told to pay the remaining balance. He did not pay.He thretend the lives of my 2 employees after offering them drugs and is wondering why I refuse to repay him.He has blasted me,and my company everywhere that he can find and continues to do so.After 30 plus years in the car business I will stand on the other THOUSANDS of happy customers and let this person go.He will find that my lawyers in Texas will not stand for this action and I will own EVERYTHING that he now has after the lawsuit.Car was sold to a very happy customer for MORE money 3 weeks later. Also, he did not pay a deposit,he made a partial payment and this car was repossed legally. He cant sue me for this and has been told that. This is why he screams!Treat me and my employees correct and this does not EVER happen.
