Scott Terveen LLC Properties Sioux Falls South Dakota We have been working with this man for 6 months on getting our home in his park in Austin Mn. We special ordered our home, and it has been in his parking lot for months. Minnesota
Lots of empty promises, lies, nothing getting done, he has not kept his word at all, we are not out a home due to we can't wait any longer to move in, and have an autistic son that his world has been shattered now, we are also out hundreds of dollars in storage fees, landscaping, gardening, draperies, and so much more. Guess we had faith in the human being, being a so called professional and a man of his word. That he is not. Stay away from this guy.....we have had nothing but a headache trying to get our home in place and 6 months later it is still in the parking lot. We had a new mobile home made in an other state to bring in to Austin Mn, the owner promised we would be move in ready by July 1st, today is the 18th and still no movement, I work 2 jobs and can't keep switching my vacations, plus we have a handicapped son that needs concrete answers as he doesn't adjust well and is leaving the only home he has ever known so he can be in a bigger sity to become somewhat independent.
Mobile park owner has given us nothing but lies and broken promises, then he doesn't answer calls or e-mails. He has not even taken care of 13 homes correctly that were put in last fall, so now we have to wait due to his mistake for all these to be inspected and fixed before our permit will be issued.
School will be starting in a few weeks and I have told him over and over we must be settled before school starts, acts like he doesn't care. He has turned our life upside down, not to mention we ahve spent hundreds out already in landscaping, gardening, draperies, faucets, storage, etc etc for the new place to make it our own. I am just sick!

Scott has been working on it......be careful who your installer is, they don't follow through. Time just got away from us, and Scott never followed through with installer to make sure all was completed from last fall, now have to inspect many homes and won't make the time frame.
