This is my letter to them and it sums it up . Signed up with terms listed Email from salesperson Gave these options : 1499 waived $999.00 until I Signed a contract $799 Once I decided to sign up for a 6 month contract We wanted To NOT continue with your services because we were applauded at your service . the tactics were extremely aggressive and annoying to. Clients . We chose third option , no contract . My letter to them : The third option would of made it go to $799.00 For life after 6 months , IF I wanted to continue . which you didn't hear from me so you auto renewed me . So 4 months ago when I requested to have your company seize all services immediately. You DID seize services but have contined to bill us for nothing. So you don't get to have it both ways . If bound to your contract , then I calculate $201.00 per month you over charged me and therefore x 5 brings us to approx $1000.00 , I was overcharged to date . My advice Is to take the undeserved Money you collected thus far and leave us alone . So we paid 999.00'for 11 months .... For basically harassing our clients and never bringing us one dollar from your "expert " efforts . We aren't not paying you based off the zero results , it's because or the fact we have half the mailing list opted out because your company's tacky tactics. My advice to anyone thinking of going with this company " Please Stear clear of ERELEVANCE . Don't pay money to subject your clients to annoying text messages . It's about as appreciated by clients as hiring a collection agency to harass them." What's worse they are the only one collecting a thing! This company is not expert as they claim and they door stand by their employees promises even when you have them in writing . They were far the worst decision I have made Thus far and that is saying a lot because I have made plenty . None were more dissapointing .
