SAP - Service Activation SAP claiming that I need to pay $163.63 to activate my vehicle's extended warranty. SCAM Chicago Illinois
Got a pretty convincing letter from this company claiming that I need to activate my vehicle's extended warranty. I called the company and they requested $163.63 to activate my service contract.
I called the Ford dealership the dealership verified they do not require an activation fee. I did not pay this fee, but they sent me several letters in the mail and the letter looked similar to the other complainant on this websites letter pink letter same document type but with a different phone number. On the phone SAP tried to pressure me to pay this by stating the longer I wait the higher the price of this contract activation.
I sent the letter and a filled out a fraud report to the MN State Atty Generals Office. Follow your instincts, I did and did not get ripped off by this "company". Be careful
