I bought my Samsung Code phone from Metro PCS too, on April 12, 2010 and sent all the information and paperwork they requested the day after that. The Samsung paperwork says to wait up to 10 weeks and the 10th week would have been June 21. It is now July, 2010 and I still have not received anything. I called Metro PCS and had to call them several times because their automated system would disconnect me or not put me through to someone that I could talk to. I finally punched in the number for billing at the prompt. I got to talk to a girl in the Philipines and told her I haven't received my rebate from Samsung. She gave me the Metro PCS website and thought I would be satisfied with that. I told her I already got my Metro PCS rebate of $25, but I didn't get my $50 rebate from Samsung, so finally I got her to give me the toll-free number for the Samsung rebate people. I called the number at 3:52pm Pacific Standard Time and got a voice mail and left a message. I'm hoping they get back to me. Their hours are m-f 9am to Central Standard Time. The number for you, in case you don't have it, or for anybody else that wants to get in touch with Samsung about this rebate is: 888-744-8742 and when you call it says that the the number is specifically set up for the March Mania and Super Saver promotion, whatever that is. I'm assuming that this promotion is the Feb-March 2010 promotion.
