Saban's Rent a Car The car was gross.The car looked like i had got it from a dopefiend. Phoenix, Arizona
This company was a rip off to me.The car was very nasty and stinky.The first thing that I thought when i got the car, was that I had borrowed the car from a dopefiend.
The car was not worth the money that i paid.I got the car on Empty.
Before i got the car I was told that they would take a $150.00 deposit, they ended up taking $250.00.I was told that the car would be 39.99.
After everything was said and done i was charged $68.10.They charge you $11.99 for service and cleaning.
The car was nasty, it smelled, the tape player didn't work.The only good thing about the car was the Ac worked.
They add all of these ridiculous fees awhen you return the car. $39.95 for the car, 3.00 for Pkg,11.99 service & cleaning,s/c 2.50 and tax 10.66
I don't think that i should've been charged this much for a car that was really raggedy.They act like the have new cars, they have old cars, from like the early 90's.
I was just very unhappy, because I felt like when i went there the guy should've been very up front about all of the charges and let me decide if i wanted to take it or leave it.
I don't feel like they should be able to charge this much for crappy cars.I could've been charged that for a nice car from another rental place.
I wouldn't recommend this company unless you have no other choice.
