Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I rented a car from these guys because my truck broke down and I needed to get to work. I looked them up on the internet and because I was despert and in a rush I did not read the reviews. I called and ask the requirements for renting a car. They said to bring a $250 deposit and a drivers license.

When we arrived the guy behind the counter Ed was arguing with a customer about a car. "We should have took that as a sign". While he was arguing he gave us the contract it had the mileage of the car and a rate of $99 per week he told us if we needed the car for extry time to just call in and extend the contract. We rented the car on wensday during the week we had problems with the first rental it was leaking power steering fluid. We had to get a replacement, the second car was leaking transmission and was slipping we had to get a third car.

When my wife went in to return the sencond car, she told the man behind the counter that we would need the car an additional week he told her that was fine and signed out the third car.

After one week we got a call telling us to return the car or they would call the police. When we checked our account we found out that they had charged us $300 for the first week and also made another transaction for $300 that was still pending a total of $600. We called the police when the officer arrived she explained that because it was a civil matter it was nothing they could do. The officer said that there were so many complaints about this company that they were trying hard to put them out of business. Please don't let another hard working family be taking advantage of.

I'm also a victim of this company... however, I paid in straight cash whereas you used your debit card.

The bank you have your account with should be protected by the FDIC.  If so, this is a federal offense so you can contact the FBI (www.fbi.gov) and file a complaint with them.

Also, if you live in another state (or your bank is), that is an intrastate transaction, which is another federal offense.

It seems that no one in Arizona is willing to help.  You might get better luck with the feds.
