rock tools attachments, llc Michael price & jay sold us a defective hydraulic saw that had to undergo 2 months of repairs & still hasn't been able to use on a job. denver colorado
We purchased a $15,900 hydraulic saw in july 2018. from the day it arrived it did not operate. it has undergone 2+ months of repairs & refabricating & still would need daily maintenance & repair if ever used on a job. After examining the saw plus 2 other opinions , an equipment manufacture fab shop & a tool machine shop , we came to the opinion that the saw will constantly fail & need re-engineering.
We asked for a refund & were told they would continue to repair it until the warranty ran out! now Michael said in our bbb complaint that he would also replace it. We don't want another saw from this company, if anyone needs any further details call frank @ 440-667-8912.

Due to our desire not to travel from Cleveland, Ohio to Denver, Colorado because of Covid 19 our lawsuit with Rock Tools Attachments is settled.
