In your complaint you do not tell us what the problem with the liner is? is it a hole? Ripped? or what??? Liners are covered under manufacture warranty but holes, rips or grass growth are not a covered items. Maybe this is why it is not covered under any warranties. Did you have it installed by the stores installer? or did you do this your self? Most installers only have a 90 day labor warranty and then you have to pay a service call. The liner is only covered at 100% for the 1st year then prorated and like i said only covers seams and not any of the above items. If they pool liner was such a problem why did you wait so long to report it and why did you wait so long to contact the BBB???? just my opinion but sounds like you don't have a warranty issue!!! Do you not know where the leak is?? Here is a tip to find it yourself....This is from the swimlines website....
Q How can I find a leak in my liner?
A Take some food coloring and go to where you think there might be a leak, if so the food coloring will be drawn to it.
