An offer from a completed survey offered a free sample of Real CBD Oil with payment of $4.95 S&H. They initially added another product that I did not want, and would not refund the S&H cost of the second product. Then a month later I got a charge of $94.94 without any documentation or mention of signing up for a recurring service. I did not give my consent at any time for this recurring charge and when I tried to get it refunded, they offered me 50% back. I filed a chargeback with my credit card company, and the credit card fraud person asked me to attempt to get documentation of the refund. Upon calling "customer service" again and informing of them of the impending chargeback, they refunded me the total amount.
