Pumpper's Trust RIPOFF!! LIARS!! DON'T TRUST THEM! Virginia Beach Virginia
So it was about 8pm and my husband had just gotten off work. I had went outside to greet him and he was talking to one of them little rats from Pumppers Trust about there "Special and Amazing" cleaining product that will clean ANYTHING! So my husband invited him in and the guy gave us his little act on how well it cleans everything and that you could even drink it cause it was completely organic, he said that it didn't have any chemicals in it at all, and it would be safe to use on the floors where our daughter crawls around on, EVEN THOUGH it smelled like windex whenever we smelt it.
So my husband convinces me that we should buy, now I hate writing checks but we didn't get paid till the 15th and it was like the 8th of May. So the guy and my husband insisted that i post date the check, and the guy promised me that they WILL NOT cash it till the 15th! HAH that was a lie they cashed it on the 9th a check for $88 and so of course it was returned, and my bank had called me on a fraud check and i told them i knew what the check was but they weren't supposed to cash it till the 15th. So i got charged $30 for an OD Fee and then on the 18th they ran the check again along with a $35 returned check fee.
So when i called these people they kept hanging up on me when i tried talking to them about getting my money back or they would put me on hold for hours. I don't really know how to go about this cause this is the first time anything like this has happened to me. I am in the military so i think I'm just going to take it to our Navy Legal and see what they can do. So if ANYONE comes to your door trying to sell this all natural organic purple color cleaner don't buy it, it is a complete ripoff and it doesn't even work it didn't clean ANYTHING it just made everything sticky! and they will screw you over BIGTIME!!!
