I paid my over due storage in the amount of $343.00 and was still not able to gain access to storage unit. Was told that I must pay an additional $25.00 to obtain a new lock because they were prepping my unit for auction....No where in the contract does it say they can do this...when question staff was told that it's Texas Lien law...After checking Texas Lien Laws, such practice is not listed...Then staff said it is in the contract but after CAREFULLY reading through contrast it does not say that they have the right to cut the lock. When approached again to show me where it is written...They cannot find it in the contract. Was then referred to district manager Paul Fleming. He then went through the same thing as staff. Thus I have paid my unit in full but still cannot gain access because of a undisclosed made up fee that is not included online. Called public storage consumer line and they have never heard of it. I am not going to stop until justice is served.

Perhaps YOU should have been paying your bills on time so that YOU wouldn't have turned on the collections machine!
