Public Storage Lisa/Manager Trying to get more money for a paid unit and put a lien/auction on storage unit Roxbury Massachusetts
Lisa at Public storage called us to say there was a charge back on 10/31/19 paymnet for the October storage payment which on my daughter's bank statement does not show any returns at all. Now they want to put a lien on my account and put my storage unit up for auction.
Lisa faxed my a copy of my account and it is blurry and not legible and I faxed her the copy of my daughter's bank statement which is clear showing NO bounced payments for this unit.
