A hotel booking was made for Holiday Inn Express Greentree in Pittsburgh, PA. This booking was made with an additional day in error, from May 19 - May 23 instead of May 19 - May 22. The company, Priceline.com, refused to refund this error.
Lisa at Customer Service was nasty and completely unhelpful. I was not allowed to speak with a manager, and I was instead put on hold indefinitely to connect to a Customer Service Specialist. Priceline should not be allowed to continue this dishonest business practice.
