Complaint Review: PREMIERE SAVINGS - Scottsdale Arizona

If a man or woman calls you via your "CELL" phone on a "BLOCKED" number, then be suspicious. Especially if they won't give you a call back number. Even call centers (i.e. car finance, banks, heck even on-line purchases) have client reps with extensions who call you back. WHO ARE YOU KIDDING!?

They sniff out victims. The best way to capture your prey is to sneak up on them, catch them off-guard, and use a cunning line to capture attention. One with an appealing outcome, that is. Off-center, with several closing questions, I can understand how people fall for this.

THIS call center is filled withoutbound "reps" or "consultants" -- HA! Little did they know I knew something was off when he read word for word off a script. I told him to speak to me like a human or I was hanging up. I thankfully I listened to my instincts.

They call at the times they KNOW you will be busy. First thing in the morning, right after work, but never during the day. And won't EVER leave a message -- that would show proof you did something. He told me I was "pre-qualified" and how much better all of my rates would be on future cards . . ..

when I asked for information about him, the company, an email, he said he didn't have any. Told him then I didn't have the time, I'd have to think about it and call him back. QUESTIONS I ASKED are below --and you tell me. Do you know the same about your company?

WHO IS THE OWNER OF YOUR COMPANY? Is it still E^%$ Syn*&^^%?

hesitant, uncomfortable response = "I don't know if I've ever known who the owner of the company was I worked at"

WHO IS THE SALES MAANGER OVER THERE - T## @#X?

response =" I just started here I don't know anyone. I'm just a sales consultant. "

So let me get this straight. you have no phone, no address, you don't know who you work for but they're a GREAT FANTASTIC WONDERFUL COMPANY, and you can't even tell me what credit protection means? I have to explain it to you?" SERIOUSLY

After the 4th call he got quite irritated with me and said he did everything I wanted so if I could "just give him the money now" -- Hard closed me AGAIN! Said it's only $437 or something and he just needs it today and for me to give him a card number, any of them would work as he would "find" the money -- and how a info packet will be sent. *******HEY IDIOT!!!! DID YOU KNOW YOU WERE CALLING INTO NEVADA BY CHANCE? AND WHAT YOU DID TO ME WAS AGAINST THE LAW?***** Hmm RY%^? And no strategic financial decision takes "just 30 seconds."

I am soo glad I found Rip-off Report. And how interesting that complaints recently started showing up right with the stimulus plan released and they know that people are looking for "help"!! Shifty, tsk tsk.

I personally don't ever recall looking for, nor asking for help, actually.

NEVADA STATE LAW: it is unlawful to proposition a consumer for a transaction demanding payment in full before any sort of services have been rendered, or guaranteed. Not in person. (that is a paraphrase and not a direct quote) ****SO TRY IT AGAIN HERE IN NEVADA ****

Sweetness, I wasn't born yesterday. I'm not as successful as I am because I'm daft. Actually, I'm quite smarter than the lots of you. How would your company feel if the outside world found you numbers and started harassing you??

DO NOT EVER NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO SAYS YOU ARE PRE-QUALIFIED WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING WHO YOU ARE, WHERE YOU LIVE, WHAT YOU DO, HOW MUCH MONEY YOU MAKE, HOW MUCH MONEY YOU OWE, IF YOU ARE EVEN BEHIND ON YOUR PAYMENTS. NO NO NO NO NO.
