My mother became a victim of this scam. A company rep called her, even with her phone number registered on the Do Not Call list, not once, not twice, but five times. Yes we have a record of them all. The person I spoke with is well trained, and can keep her voice sweet as honey as she calls you names and belittles you. To make a long, upsetting story short, I will be referring this matter not only to my mothers attorney, but to our Police Department's Elderly Fraud Unit. There is a great Detective in the department who handled a case involving my mother a few years ago. And oh yes, the perpetrators, slick as they thought they were, are in jail.

I recommend that all of you do the same. Don't forget to file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry, if you are also registered.

Ok first off, please learn how to spell. If you are so well educated then you would know how to spell and speak well enough to not sound like you flunked out of grade school. As far as your response about DNC listing being none-existant, if you truely believe this you are a tool. Anyone can say 'Put me on your DNC' and it will be done, the point of the National DNC is that before a company can contact an individual they have to cross refrence the numbers with the NDNC to make sure that they are in compliance. I also worked for the scam of a company. Did so for over 2 months, and was one of the star Night shift sales reps. This was untill I got a call from a person I had sold, who had to tell Byron (night manager) that he was wanting to sign up now to even get me on the phone. Once on the call he explained who he was and the situation with not being approved and doing everything that he was instructed to do. He said that they were refusing his refund out right, and wanted to talk to me. I then advised him that I would talk to my supervisor about this. When I approached Byron about it I got the response "If he isn't buying then hang up the phone, that is what Customer Service is for" I continued to talk to the person who I inadvertantly ripped off for a small commission, and was asked again to hang up on him. If this is how they treat their customers, you wouldn't want to deal with them anyway. I left that night, and never came back. It is a shame when a company can prey on the weak to get financial support. Never once did anyone there in management deny what the client stated to me, and their only concearn was that I was talking to him and he wasn't a sale, because we had already scammed him. There is another company I went to work for after called Blue Harbor Financial. Not saying they are good, but atleast when I got a call from my clients that were not able to get help they did get reimbursed. Again, not saying they are a good company, I have no idea what happens behind the doors there.

First things first Maria your posting about someone at premier savings going to jail because of you is lie. never happened and you know that. as for the National DO not call list. if you know what you were talking about you would not have put that in there. I have work in many call centers and even a the contact person for the FTC about the do not call list. you can register with every minute of every day and it will not do a thing until you tell the company call you to remove you from the there list and if they call you after that the ftc can fine the company IT's not against the law for a company to call anyone until they are informed that you do not want to be called. as for premier savings being a scam first calls are scripted the person call the customer askes some question tells them what the could save bassed on what your mother said she has on here credit cards then she was there is $439 processing fee that is charge to her current credit card if she agreed the call ends a person calls her back records the call tells about the program again to make sure she understand what she is getting for the processing fee and what happens if she is denied be the banks. then she is chrge the fee. there is not one part of these the is illegal or a scam. now on to this ex employee amanda you worked for premier saving what two days out of training. customer are yes asked about bankruptcy if they are newer than two years old. the are not signed up for the program. that is the truth. you did know what you were doing at work that is why you are an ex employee. and i'm sorry you got fired which I very sure not the first place. don't comment on things you know nothing about. the plan facts are this is not a scam two people tell the customer exactly what they are buying before the customer is charge. if the rep lies to a customer they are fired on the spot premier saving has sold this product for 13 years. if you have dedit and ok credit you will get approve and you will save money. I have sold many people this product with positive outcome.

Confirmation of Scam

This really is not a rebuttal but more of a confirmation of the scams that Premier Savings is pulling. Premier Savings has no contract with any of these banks nor have they ever had any contracts. They go online look for the lowest intrest rate credit cards make a list and use that. They call the credit card comapnys and act like theyt want to apply for a card to verify the intrest rate because they have no contracts with these banks. As an ex employee I also know that they sell this false program to consumers that have a bankruptcy. I will tell you this they do ask if it is at least two years old, it really doesnt matter with the bank if it is 2 days old or 2 years old. They dont like bankruptcies or debt consolidation. YOU WILL BE DENIED. THIS PROGRAM IS A FAKE AND YOU CAN DO ALL THIS FOR FREE BY YOURSELF. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
