On Dec.13,2013, a sales representative for Precise Auto Protection called our home, to sell us a extended warranty plan on my husband's 2007 Dodge Ram Pick-up. The salesman was very convincing, so we purchased it. We paid a down payment of $395.00 and would continue making payments of $212.91 for 12 months. Our vehicle was supposed to be covered for 100,000 miles. It was supposed to be covered front to back, side to side. Coverages exclusions: tires, brake pads and batteries. The coverage was called Powertrain Choice. At no time were we asked if our truck was used for business . We were to make our payments to a company called Omnisure Group. After paying down payment and four payments, our vehicle needed repairs. The company sent a representative to the Dodge dealer and saw my husband's logo signs on window's and Precise Auto cancelled our so called warranty. The company also said our truck would have to tore apart for them to check it, which the Dodge dealer charged us $267.50 for doing this. We got the truck back home and had the repairs made to it . I have been trying to get our refund back since May of 2014. I have spoken to so many different people, each one saying the same thing it is in processing. I called a couple of weeks ago and a girl named Pamela said it had been approved at a pro-rated amount of $978.02 and it was on the spread-sheet for processing. It is now August 23rd, 2014 and still no refund. I feel this company is committing fraud and ripping people off. We just want our money back.. We are self-employed and we always do the very best we can for our customers, we have never had a complaint from any of them. Precise Auto claims it records the conversations you are having with them and that should show how many times, I have called their company trying to get our money back. I have contacted them every week since this has happened. I am tired of Precise Auto's excuses, enough said. We want our money back. I paid our down-payment with our visa-debit card. I no longer have the same card. The bank notified me of the breach in security concerning the Target stores in November and December of 2013. I was at risk. I told precise auto to not use the debit card number, it no longer existed and to mail us a check to post office address, which they have on file.
