Pizza Hut workplace Corruption ripoff Martinburg West Virginia
Corruption at Pizza Hut
I am a shift manager at Pizza Hut and I was just threatened by a employee (threatened bodily harm). I fired him and filed charges against him. The cops charged him with battery for throwing something at me and there is a warrant out for his arrest.
The next day the RGM (General Manager) said he wasn't fired and only gave him a 5 day suspension! He didn't work till the next Friday so he wouldn't miss anytime and there would be no punishmeny for him. They are friends outside or work...
I have attempted to contact the person above our RGMs head and he won't call me back. I have also called the employee abuse hotline 3 times 1 times yesterday and my fiancee (another shift manager) went in to give something back to another manager there and they all gave her the cold shoulder. My fiancee also filed a report with the employee abuse hotline and was promised that our RGM would not get to see it intill it was investigated.
They also said that about the first report that was filed and today thay had heard about it even the employees that dont have access to the information had heard about it.
