Phoenix Car Rental AKA Saban's Rent a Car, Payless Car Rental Will DEFINITELY rip you off, and treat you horribly Phoenix Arizona
In June of 2012 we had no car and so we rented a car from Phoenix Car Rentals, for what appeared to be a very reasonable rate. When we went to return the car and get our cash deposit back, they jacked up the costs, and added on all sorts of ridiculas extra costs, so much that we were not getting our deposit back, and were owing them hundreds more on top of that.
When we very politely questioned all of the extra charges some big guy in charge starts yelling at us and threatening to call the police. He basically ran us out of the office, without even a receipt. Later they tried to charge the credit card they had an imprint of. They just kept putting through charges for all kinds of different amount, and we had to just stop using that credit card.
When the guy started yelling at us it was really wierd, like he was reciting from a script or something. No real emotion or anything, like it was just a bunch of scary words that he says to everyone.
