Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Beware, PSi is selling fuel injection systems that do not work.  Spent almost 2 years and over $2000 above the cost of their system trying to get the computers to work.  They are selling computers that use an unknown operating system that CAN NOT be tuned.  They insist these are stock GM computers, but they are not.

I have been to 3 reputable tuners, and none were able to tune the sytem.  When I finally attempted to return the system, they claimed the computers were "messed" with and would not return my money.  They tell you they dont tune systems themselves, and "to just go to any reputable tuner".  Well, I have been to several of them, and no luck.  I am talking about a simple LS3 conversion with a cam....should have been no big deal.  All told I am out $5000.

Do not buy from them!

Steve,

Our return policy clearly states “If the Vehicle Identification Number or Operating System has been changed or altered in any way the PCM is not covered under warranty and cannot be returned.”  The controllers you purchased were a stock GM E38 ECM and T42 TCM. These controllers were set up with the correct operating system based on the engine and transmission combination you were running. Many of our customers purchase these same controllers and tune them (without changing the operating system/VIN) with no issues. In your case, you had the controllers custom tuned for your camshaft after purchasing the ECM/TCM from us and THE TUNER changed the VIN #/Operating System which resulted in a corrupted ECM. This was confirmed when we read the ECM and found a different VIN# present (The ECM we sold to you had had a VIN which ended in 170519, when you sent it back to us the VIN # on the ECM was 140625).
