I am Sorry for the Service You Received and the Way You were Treated. I Believe You When You Say A Lot of Our Part's are Cheap & Expensive. Me and Other Employee's Won't Buy All of Our Part's There Because We Know we can get Part's Better & Cheaper Else Where. Have You Tried Calling 1-800-PEPBOYS Or Checking Out www.Pepboys.com to Complain or Ask for a Regional or District Office Phone Number. Well Again I want to Applogize
