http://www.partybuswashington.com aka Party Bus Washington Stole one of copyrighted photographs from Dmitri Markine Photography and used it on their commercial website without payment or permission. Multiple emails went unanswered and during a brief phone call, the person who introduced himself as Brandon Kroll was extremely rude and unapologetic - began to swear how he doesn't care, including threats. The photograph in question was not removed and he continues to operate his website along with dozens of other sites that he owns - all by using stolen photographs. The damages alone for copyright infringement in USA are up to $150,000 per image.

If you read online reviews for this PartyBusWashington website, you will quickly understand how this company has some of the most horrible reviews(including real yelp reviews, which Yelp hides), with a lot of people complaining about being scammed. Some claim loosing $500-1500

Here's a list of other websites they operate. Note how they often never list their addresses. They hide it to avoid a multitude of lawsuits. Upon a short investigation it seems may not even own any vehicales and just contract drivers from other companies.
