Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We bought a 2011 Timberland, (paid in full up front) in the first part of 2011. Rick I do not know his last name, was alright at first, after purchasing the home he told us to write down any flaws we might find in the home. We did that, and their were only a few things fixed.

From the time we turned in the list till the time someone came out was around 6 to 7 weeks. I had to call 2 or 3 times to remind them that they said they would get someone out to do the repairs. One example was some of the trim on the walls were broke, and when the first person came out he claimed he did not have the color of trim that was needed, and said he would return with the correct trim, and he never came back.

I called several times and talked to Kevin (I believe he was the manager at that time), and he kept reassuring me they would get someone here to finish the job on the rest of what was left on the written flaws list that we brought to them.

Another episode, there were 2 cracks in the ceiling that were in the living room and the middle room. The man that came out to fix the one in the living room of course had to tape and drape things to prevent getting the paint on our things. When he was finished he was doing something to the ceiling fan we had just put up a few days prior. I asked what he was doing and he said just cleaning the blades. After he left I was sitting in my living room and the more I looked at the fan the more I noticed why he was putting old english dark cover up on my blades, because when he draped to fix the crack he taped his drape onto our ceiling fan, and when he was taking it down it took some of the surface with it.

We called the man back and he said he would call corporate to see how they wanted to handle the situation. I talked to corporate two times after he said he did, and no one ever called me back. In other words, the man that was here was trying to cover up his damage and lied to us as well. I am very displeased with the whole situation.

And to this day nothing else has been repaired. We were told these extremely wonderful things about this home and that was part of our decision to buy it. I really could write a book about the whole situation but I feel this is enough information at this time. Except when we went to go over the paperwork with Kevin, he sold us with his lies as well. I don't know how corporate trains their employees, or if they even do. But if they do then I guess they were trained to give false information.

Signed a very betrayed customer.
