Complaint Review: OVG Ocean Villas Group Rebecca Smith - Hong kong Internet

I was a beginner on investing oversea property and have no idea on where to start. And unfortunately, I was attracted by  the website of ovg Invest with all the positive reviews they post. 

Rebacca Smith promote the house they sold with the fallowing benefits,

1. ALL repair is done 

2.the mangement company they recommend is trustable n efficient

3.the tenants they found is screened and trustable

... after paying the money, i found it was all the LIES............

I have bought a property from Rebecca Smith in US34000 with her promise of rental income for US695 per month. I was totally be attracted with the high profit I can get. Although I know the house is sold higher than the price of the house nearby, I think it was acceptable as Rebecca Smith promised that the property sold by their company is all in good condition. They have their own contractor to do all the repairing works before the buyer like me pay for it. But in fact, I have paid for nearly US2000 after buying the house. Rebecca Smith shown me her mercy on promising to claim the cost but half a year passed, I still cant find her for the claim.

The manegement company Rebecca Smith recommand is also terrible(MDPM). To be honest, I used to have the suspection for OVG and MDPM are cheating my money together. The company do not  a specific property manager like the other company do to fallow the condition of my property. Whenever I have problems, I have to contact to different people and their reponse is really slow. Some staff take weeks to reply your email. If you want to have a person serve you alone, you have to pay an extra money on it. Some of their charge is really ridiculous, like the placement of the tenants, the transport fee for their to go to my property, money for them on waiting the officer to come etc. I know time is money but I expect it is included to the mangement fee I paid for them every month. And those ridiculous charge is costing me nearly US600.

Apart from the reasonless charge, the tenant failed to pay for rent just two months after they move in. And I was informed two months after when I ask for the reason of zero income. And the rental income for the first two months are withdraw by the company with different reson. So at last I am not ony fail to receive any rental income but throwing a few thousands more out. 

I have ask for Rebacca Smith and her assistant for help, they just said it was the problems of MDPM and have no bussiness with them and just ask me to change to another manegement company. My POINT IS, if the service of the property management compant is not under your control why you have all those promise in your promotion email, it was really funny!!!!!
