Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was approached outside the Orogold cosmetics store on March 15, 2016.  The sales person, Giovanni Jacob told me Oro Gold has a product to fix the bags under my eyes.  I told the salesman I had made an appointment to address my under eye issues.  He said I didn't need surgery and this treatment would eliminate my need for surgery.  He said,"After a few treatments, surgery would not be needed."  I decided to purchase the product which cost $327.60 including tax.  I was ready to leave when he whisked me into another chair so he could fix the other side of my face.  I didn't want this but at the same time  I didn't want to walk through the mall with half my face not fixed.  I felt pressure to purchase other products in order to leaave.  He showed me more products as he was working on fixing the one side of the face.  He started pressuring me with lower prices.  He offered to pay for the eye serum $327.60 and my purchases from JC Penney.  I felt trapped in their store.

The total purchase was $1,179.00.  When I checked out, two people were behind the counter blocking any sign about their no return policy.  Nothing was ever said verbally about their no return policy.  Th receipt was placed into an envelope and put in with the product packages.  I did no know about the no return policy until I got home and opened the envelope to check the receipt.  On the bottom of the receipt it says no refund,, only exchanges withing thirty days.  Oro Gold entices customers with facials as part of the scam.  Facials begin thirty days after purchase resulting in not being able to exchange products.

The experrience at Oro Gold was Scary.  Not only am I out $1,179.00, but they did not show or explain ingredients in the products.  The first ingredient is water.  That is a lot of money for water.  I am embarrassed that I was vulnerable to their snake oil scheme.  I contacted Oro Gold headquarters.  They were not interested in any reimbursement of my money.  I contacted Arrowhead Mall where I bought the product.  The leased out store is run by Macerich.  I contacted Macerich who said they wanted a written letter.  I sent a letter with all the aforementioned complaints.  I still have no resolution.
