You purchased your item from Wal*Mart. If you were to take it back to them due to a defect or some situation of that sort, it would be their problem. If you choose to order accessories direct from the manufactorer, Wal*Mart has nothing to do with your complaint. BTW, I noticed the address of OnTel stuck out like a sore thumb - I believe they distribute many items you see for sale on TV.
