Be sure to keep printed copies of your entries ( do a cntrl-P on the popup forthe entered info) and hold them for your state attorney General to file fraud charges if they don't respond, you can also contact the USPS Inspector General office if you do not get a response or you are not satisfied with it. Hope this helps everyone out there that was duped into thinking they can cancel easily, ( I am still waiting for my credit < will provide info when I get it> Regards,
