Northwest Territorial Mint Unacceptable and unwarranted 4 to 6 week hold of refund amount Federal Way Washington
For a second time, NWTM was unable to meet their delivery deadline, and since the silver bars we ordered had declined in value, we opted for a refund. The first time through this process, we received our refund within a few days. This time around it's another 4 TO 6 WEEKS to process a simple refund. So in other words, NWTM had free use of our money from June15, 2015 to September (3.5 months) and now requires an additional month and a half to process the refund. There was nothing about the refund wait time in their original product offering. Want to tie up some working capital for FIVE MONTHS, give those jokers a call. The refund processing time is only slightly shorter than the time required to mint and send the silver. UNACCEPTABLE! ...What can one do? File reports like this and warn others to avoid NWTM!
