I placed 2 orders with NTM. Order 22248 for $5160.00 on 2/17/15 and order 22388 on 2/24/15 for $3388.00. The payment for the first order was received on 2/23/15 and it was cashed immediately with an estimated ship window of 4/27-5/1. Payment for the 2nd order as also confirmed by NTM as received on 3/2/15 also cashed immediately with an estimated ship date of 5/18 - 5/22.  



On 5/1, I received a notification that the 1st order was delayed and scheduled to ship no later than 6/1. On 5/22, I received a notification for the 2nd order that was also delayed and now scheduled to ship no later than 6/22.

I called several times and was placed on hold for over 25 mins each call. When my frustration was expressed, they transferred me to the "manager" Erin, who has the charisma of a 1985 dodge dart. She is very rude, and blames the customer. She argues that they have been in biz for 30 years and that they will be in biz for 30more. She says that she won't argue, and places you on hold indefinitely. They also say that the buyer agrees to the dates of delivery but they don't give you the delivery dates until they've received payment

Analyzing their business practice by reading other complaints, NTM works similar to a ponze scheme where they use the new money coming in to pay old debts.

I didn't get any more notifications about delays until I called on 6/9 to cancel my 1st order and on 6/23 to cancel 2nd order. Both times placed on hold for over 25 mins. No confirmation on the cancellation, only a verbal agreement of 3-4 weeks. 1 month after, on 7/9/15, I called to get an update on my 1st check, I was asked for my number and that someone would call me... no-one did. On Friday 7/10/15 I called again.. was left on hold for over 25 minutes before the call was picked up by Samantha Brubaker who told me she just sent me an email 2 minutes ago that there is a delay to send me my check of another 2 weeks until 7/24... I was transferred to mgr Erin, who place me on hold until I hung up
 
Someone needs to URGENTLY look into this business practices and shot them down. This is business behavior for the 3rd world, they should not be allowed to do what they do to customers here in the USA.
 
My desired resolution:
Full Refund for my 2 undelivered orders for the amount of $8548 due immediately. Although, I've liquidated my position, their estimated time to deliver the check is 3-4 weeks. This time has already passed and there should be no more excuses. I'm not even asking for the reimbursement (yet) for the time and money I have lost in the past 5 months.
