Complaint Review: NORTHSIGHT MANAGEMENT - SCOTTSDALE Arizona

I must admit I had placed a complaint against Northsight on this website in March of this year  ~~  ONLY to feel ashamed by over reacting too soon .  Even when Northsight found out of my complaint which held no validity of being true, i've  never onced been approached by anyone from Northsight ~ why i over reacted and made a poor jugement.   i have been treated by Northsight since day one in a very professional manner despite my embarrasing remarks. 

  I have been in this particular business for over 10yrs and most times I pick-up on all  the warning signs which companies are bad or good.  

 Northsight ~~ FACE-DOWN guaranteed the BEST COMPANY i ever worked for.    Yes, this industry is very difficult and even after being a veteran for many years. I must say, this company has proven me wrong more times then I should admit.

 In fact I will be the first to advocate how well managed Northsight Mgmt. and their team of staff members are from the lowest levels to upper management. Not one bad experience I can remember and now going on my second term.  Northsight has a great understanding and provides a  staff force to accommodate each vendors needs, concerns, and are dedicated to take the time needed in teaching or recommending a better way to run your business more efficient.  

I have read many pro’s and con’s on multiple websites pertaining to other vendor's personal complaints.  I see many times , the subcontractors complaints have no idea how to manage or even run their own business, leaving them in desire and making the process more of a challenge then making every day operation easier.  You first need to know how to run a company from start to finish.  Then it embarks many areas from being a people person, managing time restraints from administration, to accounting, and day-to-day field work. I find most “subs’ will take the easy way out and find reasons to slander a company and find why they can’t make money or receive proper payment for work completed. 

It’s mainly because these particular “sub’s” have never operated a real business and feels this industry is an easy way to make money.  Money doesn’t grow on tree’s , hard work and understanding  how a business operates fully , knowing  clients and national’s guidelines is the tip of the iceberg.  Then it takes, the ability to prepare for the day knowing a home has no electric nor water and taking the proper procedures and steps to fully be prepared .  (FHA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, VHA, Conventional loans) are only a few entities in which you must  follow individual guidelines , also comes individual stipulations and knowing what allowables means to  meet different criteria’s.

It’s easy to say as a “newbie” in this industry ~  I wasn’t paid for the scope of work completed.  Or I have to wait so long to receive my pay for work completed 30 or 35 days out.  As someone who knows and better understands the industry and has accepted why this happens ~  it’s for good of everyone’s best interest.   I never had any issues when I follow and read my work orders or if something is so ambiguous from time to time comes up that should be consulted by the office staff , most times the wording or verbage in a work order is addressed immediately by anyone you speaks to you at Northsight . 

Once you as a “newbie” fully understand how your business needs to run, and you know how to manage people, and working smart not harder, and place trust in the companies who you work for then you will have little risk and start making a profit.

 I believe in Northsight Management so much that I will guarantee anyone who is hired if you follow with accordance to a few simple guidelines and always be professional and communicate ~ you then will have a better understanding and good relationship with them , I guarantee Northsight will take care of you as if you were part of their family.   I never had an issue with pay, pay is always direct deposited and no questions or concerns.  Northsight even pays faster than any other company I’ve ever experience working within this industry.  If you ever have a pay dispute , usually theirs a formal process ~ but even then,  sometimes that pay dispute can be resolved immediately and most times in your favor. 

I never had a charge backs which is never heard of in this industry. Because of Northsight Management,  I had a great financial first year and looking for many more.  I choose to work with one other person.  I could triple my income if I chose to hire more men.  I will close by saying ~ I can’t think of one negative problem I had with this company.  I can assure you, Northsight has their best interest and who care’s for you and your future. 

I want to update my changes ~ reprieve my previous statement and claims against Northsight Mgmt company.  Yes, they had prior claims according to staffing members, however, the claims or allegations  were not recent and since then the company made a complete 360 to correct any concerns or issues.  I have been in the business for over 10yrs, and most companies in the industry work in the same fashion and in the first week i started having concerns .   I must say, despite some of NOrthsight Mgmt  unorthodox work habits  (meaning no training on software ), NSM (Northsight Mgmt) welcomed  me on board very quickly and the staff is very helpful . 

i have been working for a few weeks and UNLIKE any other company  in the industry Northsight Mgmt. does not hold back any weeks of work from you, unlike others, Northsight Mgmt pays you weekly, unlike others Northsight Mgmt. seem to be very fair with any complaints you might have in the beginning. Example: Complaints of traveling to far , unxpected traveling out of work zone, sofar Nortsight Mgmt has paid  additional monies for traveling , sofar Northsight Mgmt  has been very pleasant with any of my concerns or complaints. 

I want to say , Northsight Mgmt sofar has met more or most any other company expectations whom i  worked for in the past which have been over 20 other companies. I want to say , I retract any complaint , any concerns about NORTHSIGHT MGMT Company at this point.  However, i will update this forum within a three month probationary if any thing changes for the worst.  I expect this company has made a complete overhaul , and tremendous turn-around and at this point everything is good and can't be better. Managment made a great effort to bring their company back to good standings .  i will be the first to recommend this company to all other vendors .
