I have been working with Northsight Management for the past couple of months and have had to either go back to the same site several times (5 times on couple of jobs) for the same work order or basically they would decline the work I had done because the system was not working correctly.  Each time has been for stupid stuff or them saying I never completed an order when what they had done was add on to the original work order.  They say to put in bids and for a job which I have done on numerous occasions and they even accepted one and then changed what they accepted to what the max they would pay for rental equipment.  They have asked me to check homes that are so bad that there is even black mold in it and still ask me to go in.  I have declined jobs like this and they still reassign it to me or they will punish me by not giving me any jobs for about a week.  Now they have changed when we were getting paid, which was every Friday, to now on Wednesday. They also said I had to spend over $30.00 for HUD keys so that I am able to get into the homes that they are telling me to go into.  I hope this helps to prevent anyone else from getting ripped off like me.  Now I am looking for a repatable company to work with in North Carolina.
