This was by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
I purchased a 2010 Ford F-150 from this dealership for $36,500 (Early-Mid December).
After a few days of looking at the vehicle and test multiple test drives I was assured that the vehicle had been fully inspected and in excellent mechainical condition.
Within 1 day of purchasing the truck after refueling I made the discovery that the truck did not start after gassing up. The truck sputters and turns over repeatedly until finally working. I contacted the dealership that very moment to inform them that I need this problem fixed. It has been almost 6 months since the purchase, my truck has spent over 2 weeks in their shop, I had to pay the out of pocket for a "repair" that did not solve the issue and here I am. I purchased a $36,500 truck that does not start after filling with gas from a dealership that sold me a truck in bad faith.
When I had a friend run the VIN of the truck, he discovered that the truck has been in an accident and the dealership failed to discolose at the time of sale.
