Please remove posting as requested by both parties.
All new horses are quarantined for the safety of existing clients, and agreed funding has been returned. We both wish each other the best, and this is the only negative reference on any site and would like to have it removed given our good name, and our affiliation with the BBB.
New processes were put in place (this is over 3 years old) to ensure there is clarity with new clients on the requirement to quarantine.
Thanks for the help,
Derek

I have been reimbursed the $200 that the owner and I agreed was only fair. I was angry when I originally wrote this account.
Shadow has been very happy in his new barn for the past 5 months and I have been very happy with his treatment.
The owner of North Dallas Equestrian has written me an email demanding I take this off this sight. I probably would if I could figure out how to do it just because I don't like conflict. I do still feel that $1100 for 3 weeks of less than expected service isn't a good deal. If he had only told me that Shadow would have been in that paddock with no shade and no grass for more than 2 days, I would have gone somewhere else. I would not submit my horse to that kind of treatment, but that is just me.
Please know that he is friendly and I do believe he wants to run a good facility, but the price and the treatment we received was not a good deal to me.
