I received an email from Nolo but they sent it through a website called Disability Secrets.com. Seniors and Disabled people can apply for Social Security Disability directly through The Social Security Administration. They are NOT required to hire a lawyer, and these lawyers general scam people and take most of their Social Security Award payment after the person waits years to get approved. I did not contact Nolo for that purpose. I contacted them to seek a lawyer for a friend for a criminal matter which has nothing to do with Social Security.
When I called the number on the email, people form the Fillipines answered the phone and claimed they could not transfer the call to an American. I am going to look up the corporate filing for Nolo with the California Secretary of State, there I will find their serving agent and I will send a nice letter on 28 line paper. Please do not do business with these scammer crooks!
