I have already contacted this customer about their order to inform them that we have not yet received their order in to our office. We have no control over how long the mail takes to get to us. Also we have informed them that we will be refunding them for their purchase since they do not want to wait the time it takes for the shoes to be delivered. I feel really bad that your son has cancer and I hope that he gets better soon.
