Nicekicks.com ripoff, ordered 12/27/03, contacted them and got no reply Victoria British Columbia

I ordered shoe for my cousin and used Paypal, I got an e-mail from the company(if you can call them that) that due to the holiday it would be about 3 weeks for me to recieve said items.
It is now march and nothing.
I contacted them by e-mail at [email protected] on 2/18 and never have gotten a response not a we are sorry it is taking longer than expected, now I really just would like my money back they are the biggest scam artists. I paid through paypal and the # they gave paypal is not even a number in service.
My next step will be the BBB and I will also be going to my bank to report the fraud.

i am sorry to hear that you did not get your purchase. and no i do not work for nice kicks i work for the city of philadelphia as police officer for 6 years. they told me i would get them in 2 weeks it took 3 weeks instead. did you try to get a trace on your check, or money order, how ever you paid. may be that will help. the only thing i know is that they come from some where in china. i had the invoice of my purchase but i am unable to locate it at this time if i do locate it i will send the info.

i sent them a money order on 02-28-04 today is 03-22-04 an i have recieved my sneakers i am happy with the product

I filed a claim also with square trade whcich they are members of and even tell you on their site to check that out that they are legitimate, but still I recieve no response. I have e-mailed them serveral times and still no response. I will be going to my bank on Monday and filing a fraud report, because what they are doing is theft by deception. I wish the people that are running this scam would have to spend 1 year in jail for each customer that they have defrauded. All I want is my money back at this point. This is the worst company ever!!!!
