Well, guess what!! After all of my emails (3) and letter to the company explaining that I never received my order of 12/5/04 which was a Christmas gift for my son, I finally received a response. Xavier of NiceKicks.com emailed me today 2/10/05 and these were his kind words "just dispute the charges, that is the only way that you will recieve a refund for the shoes." How insensitive and unbusiness-like!!!!!! So I did just that, I called my bank and disputed the charges and requested an investigation. Thanks Xavier for his shrewd advise.
