Call Netflix and get someone on the phone that speaks a language you are comfortable with.
If after 3 months, the charge is only $17.10 they are not ripping you off. You either didn't return a DVD by mail or have an intro price for downloading.
In the future when you "wont too check out" something, do not give bank account info until you read all terms of service.
